When you drop a file for a GigaTransfer.com user, you use that user's account. This user can reject your file drop if he/she is not certain of the origin of the file.

If you choose option authenticate your e-mail address, we certify to the user the origin of the file dropped. We must then verify that you are the valid owner of the e-mail address entered.

In order to proceed with authentication, we'll send you an e-mail at the end of the file upload. You have 48H to click on the link inside the message. The files you dropped are then sent to the recipient. If you do not click on the link, the files are not sent.

If you choose option request an automatic receipt for this message, we must authenticate your e-mail address in order to send you an e-mail later on. The authenticate your e-mail address option is automatically checked and you will receive an authentication e-mail at the end of the file upload.
